SolidWorks software was used to draw the 3D model ofthe loading and unloading robot arm and complete the assembly processꎬ and D-H parameter method was used to es ̄tablish its mathematical modelꎬ and Monte Carlo method was used to solve the working space of the robot arm inMATLAB software. Finallyꎬ the static simulation analysis of the base and the big arm of the loading and unloadingmanipulator was carried out in Ansys Workbench software.
